An Umrah visa is a special visa issued by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for Muslims who wish to perform Umrah, a pilgrimage to Makkah. Unlike Hajj, Umrah can be performed at any time of the year.

Who Needs an Umrah Visa?

All Muslim pilgrims travelling from the UK to perform Umrah require a valid Umrah visa. This applies to all nationalities residing in the United Kingdom.

Types of Umrah Visas

• Individual Umrah Visa - For solo travellers or families
• Group Umrah Visa - For groups travelling together through an approved tour operator
• E-Visa - Electronic visa available for eligible nationalities

Required Documents

• Valid passport with at least 6 months validity
• Recent passport-sized photographs
• Proof of accommodation in Makkah and Madinah
• Return flight tickets
• Proof of relationship (for women travelling with Mahram)
• Vaccination certificate (Meningitis ACWY)
